Epoxy coats are mixed in buckets and poured in a ribbon on the floor. That ribbon is then spread using a notched squeegee. The epoxy is then back rolled and cross rolled using a 3/8” nap roller set.
Chips and quartz are hand broadcast to meet aesthetic requirements for the job.
Polyaspartic topcoats are mixed in smaller batches and rolled out from a ribbon pour due to their short pot life.
